This Shipping Policy explains how Arctimus Labs LLC (“Arctimus Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through arctimuslabs.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Destinations
Arctimus Labs ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight-forwarding services. Orders placed for delivery outside the contiguous United States may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from transit time. During periods of high volume, new product releases, or inventory verification, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the email address associated with your order.
3. Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to every order regardless of order total. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment, prior to order confirmation.
4. Transit Time and Carriers
We ship via reputable domestic carriers. Estimated standard transit time is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Arctimus Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available) will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within a reasonable period, contact us at admin@arctimuslabs.com.
6. Storage and Handling of Reference Materials
All products sold by Arctimus Labs are supplied strictly as reference materials for laboratory and analytical research use only. Products are packaged appropriately for transit. Upon receipt, it is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect, store, and handle materials in accordance with accepted laboratory practices and applicable institutional guidelines.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you; re-shipment may require an additional shipping charge.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, significantly delayed beyond normal estimates, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@arctimuslabs.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Please retain all packaging and provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims made outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
9. Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Deliveries
Packages that are refused at delivery, or that go unclaimed and are returned to us, are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and re-shipment may incur additional cost.
10. Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
Arctimus Labs reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we are unable to verify order or account information, where an order appears inconsistent with research use, or where required by law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
